Fees

Fees are payable termly and must be paid in full, fees are to be paid after the Students FREE first class after enrollment and before the first day of each term thereafter. Fees are based off of a 4 week term however, term's can range from 4-12 weeks and fees will be adjusted accordingly and get reviewed every 12 months.

Payment

​All invoices are issued electronically and paid by BACS or by Card Payment or by cash, if done by BACS please use your childs name and what term you are paying for as the reference. Missed Classes / Cancellations

Missed classes are non-refundable.

Fees are non-refundable in cases of weather related cancellations or any situation / cancellation that is out of Carrington Ballet Academy’s control. Fees are non-refundable in cases of illness / injuries, accident or holidays or Covid-19. All fees that are paid which are non-refundable in cases of illness / injuries, weather related cancellations / any situation that is out of the Carrington Ballet Academy’s control, covid-19 / holidays will be used towards any Academy run shows / events & activities for the students enrolled. (Graded Examinations are exempt from this).

To withdraw from the Carrington Ballet Academy & its classes must be done in writing before the start of a new term to stop automatic enrollment renewal and term fee charges.
